Andrew McGrath began his career in real estate as an appraiser in 2003. He worked throughout Orange County and the surrounding communities during that time. As a real estate appraiser, Andrew worked alongside his business partner to grow their company from a small appraisal practice into a nationwide appraisal management company. Working closely with lenders, banks, mortgage brokers, and real estate auction companies, his company helped to establish market valuations for purchases, refinances, foreclosure auctions and estates throughout the country.
In late 2010, Andrew decided that he would be better able to help people more directly as a real estate broker. Through his previous experience working as an appraiser with Christine Donovan, he knew that she was the right person to work with in helping people to buy and sell homes. During 2011, Andrew worked with Christine each day to learn the nuances of real estate transactions from this new perspective. Andrew was mentored by Christine to learn the keys to her success, from world class personalized service, to contract negotiation and real estate marketing. In November of 2011 Andrew received his California Broker license and has since been working with buyers and sellers to meet their goals and needs. Andrew works each day in the South Coast Metro area of Costa Mesa, meeting with clients and continuing to prove himself to be the neighborhood expert in this established and beautiful neighborhood.
Andrew and his wife are raising two young children. His family is active in their school and church functions at St John the Baptist in Costa Mesa.
