Kisi Change Your FaceBook Fan Page Name – If You Named It Incorrectly, Now Is the Time for a Change
If you named your FaceBook Fan Page incorrectly or are wishing you chose something different, now is the time to change it. For instance, I ran the words in the name together like I would in a URL, but it made it unsearchable, so I changed it tonight.
How do you do this?
- Login to FaceBook
- Go to account in the upper righthand corner
- Click manage pages
- When you open up to your fan page, click on Edit Page account under the photo icon of your page
- Name is the first option – change it to your choice
- Click save changes
- You’re done!
Even if you named it as you intended, you may find that you named it after yourself, and this may not be the best way to market it. If that’s the case, maybe you want to rename it to reflect your niche or your area.
Consider your options, and then change it before FaceBook changes the rules, again.
