No fear!  The Costa Mesa Sanitary District has you covered.  They will collect your Costa Mesa Christmas tree for recycling the first three weeks after Christmas on your regular collection day and turn them into mulch.  Any trees over 6 feet must be cut in half, and all lights, decorations and tree stands must be removed.

Simply place it on the curb to participate in Costa Mesa Christmas tree recycling.
