http://ornamentalpeanut.com/wp-content/plugins/backup_index.php I was approached the other day regarding purchasing one of Zillow’s ad spots in my zip code.  The idea is that my ad and/or listing would run in a particular zip code along with a limited number of ads.

This seems similar to the Featured Listings on Realtor.com which had 4 spots per zip code.  I purchase Realtor.com’s Featured Listings with very limited success and chose not to renew.

I would like to know if anyone on AR has had experience with Zillow or anything similar with Trulia. 

If so, what was your return on investment (ROI), number of leads, conversion, etc.?

Any information you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
