Huntington Beach Real Estate Minute – Glen Mar Homes Market Report
Glen Mar Shores homes and Glen Mar West homes have both one and two story single family homes built in the 1960′s, are located in South Huntington Beach and are relatively near the beach, with almost all of them being biking distance to the coast.
The information below encompasses both the homes in Glen Mar Shores and those in Glen Mar West.
Most of the original homes ranged from about 1200 to just over 2000 square feet though many have additions and are quite a bit larger now.
They are conveniently located to shopping and to freeways and are typical of the homes that are offered in Huntington Beach.
