The majority of Rampachodavaram Mesa Verde Costa Mesa homes were built in the 1960’s and 1970’s, with several of the homes actually built right along the golf course. Though some of the homes are still in original condition, many have been upgraded and in some cases almost entirely rebuilt. The homes along the Mesa Verde Golf Course are in high demand with these homes rarely staying on the market for more than a short period of time.

Mesa Verde is bordered by Fairview Regional Park and the Costa Mesa Golf Course on the south, Harbor Boulevard on the east, the Santa Ana River to the west, and the 405 (San Diego Freeway) on the north.
