Mesa Verde Costa Mesa

The majority of Mesa Verde Costa Mesa homes were built in the 1960′s and 1970′s, with several of the homes actually built right along the golf course. Though some of the homes are still in original condition, many have been upgraded and in some cases almost entirely rebuilt. The homes along the Mesa Verde Golf Course are in high demand with these homes rarely staying on the market for more than a short period of time.

Mesa Verde is bordered by Fairview Regional Park and the Costa Mesa Golf Course on the south, Harbor Boulevard on the east, the Santa Ana River to the west, and the 405 (San Diego Freeway) on the north.

The Mesa Verde neighborhood of Costa Mesa was largely built around the Mesa Verde Country Club, a private club and golf course Costa Mesa Country Club, which is a public course, is also located within Mesa Verde’s boundaries.  The Mesa Verde Country Club enjoys events such as that for Fourth of July which gathers the community together.

The Estancia Adobe, built in the late 1800′s is also located within Mesa Verde in Estancia Park, and provides insight into the history of this wonderful area of Costa Mesa.  It is open the first and third Saturday of the month from 1-4pm and is located at 1900 Adams Ave.

There are many neighborhoods within Mesa Verde including Upper and Lower Birds as well as many parks including Balearic and Tanager Parks.

Mesa Verde is close to shopping and many restaurants as well as being close to the 405 freeway for those who commute.
