For more than 40 years the Jordan Family has presented the Peanuts House at 2269 Santa Ana Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA which has delighted children and adults alike.
Many times, both as a child and as an adult, I remember seeing this home with its incredible display of all things Peanuts.
Last night, I passed by, and it seems to have gotten even better. In Lucy’s Dr. is in stand, they were handing out cider; Snoopy was sitting on a bench visiting with the kids, and Santa was taking pictures with the children for free.
This house embodies so much of the Christmas spirit and is up from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day.
Santa will be visiting this year until December 23rd from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, so if you have never seen this amazing display of lights and animation, do yourself and your kids a favor and stop by in the next couple of days.
I’m going to take my boys over to enjoy it tonight. I can’t wait to see their faces.
If you can’t make it while Santa is visiting, the display will be up through New Year’s Day.
