Bucharest I watched a webinar tonight for Short Sale Builders.  This is an automated system for tracking short sales, submitting packages and generally automating the whole short sale process from the listing agents’ side. 

In addition, it allows all parties – seller, buyers, buyers’ agents, negotiator access to the documents, systems, etc. depending upon what level the system’s moderator chooses to provide to each person.

This looks like it could really help ease the headache of short sale management.

However, before I purchase it, I wanted to see if anybody here in the Rain has used the program or is familiar with it.
