Quail Hill is an Irvine Village that is located south of the 405 between Sand Canyon and the 133.

 

Quail Hill is named after the rock formation that stands atop the 600 acres of permanent open space that is next to the Village.

 

Quail Hill has approximately 1600 homes in 13 different neighborhoods. The homes range from single family homes, to townhomes to apartments.

 

There is a good size shopping area nearby.

 

The community features 5 parks, including a large sports complex, pools, tot lots and other amenities.  The playgrounds typically feature sand or the rubber material that prevents many injuries.
