What if your computer and your smart phone were gone tomorrow?

Would you have access to your paper files?  Do you have paper files? 

So many of us are working hard to go paperless.  Forms online.  Docusign.  Scanning. Etc.

But, sometimes I wonder, what would happen if all of our electronics just disappeared.  Is it science fiction, or could an EMP (electronic pulse) really wipe everything?

I don’t have any real answers.  It was just a thought, and I was curious. What do all of you think?  Do you do anything to back up your files, contacts and other important information with paper, or do you have faith in your electronics?
