Sitting here on the beach today in my flip flops drinking an iced coffes and feeling the toes in my sand, knowing that median home values for Orange County are down 40%, that interest rates are at historic lows and that the government is giving money to both first time home buyers and current homeowners, it seems to me the better question, is why wouldn’t you want an Orange County home?
