Christmas Tree Recycling – Huntington Beach 2016

Christmas Tree Recycling – Huntington Beach 2016

The holidays have come and gone.  We have rung in 2016 and said goodbye to 2015 in the rear view mirror. Now your Christmas tree is beginning to look a bit worn and dry; the needles are dropping to the floor.

What do you need to do to toss out your tree and maybe even have it recycled?

The Rainbow Environmental Services makes it easy for Huntington Beach residents.  Just remove all of the decorations, the tinsel, and the stand, put it out next to your trash cans, and it will be picked up on your next regular trash day between December 28, 2015 and January 15, 2016.  You can even do the same with flattened cardboard boxes.

If your tree is over 6 feet, just make sure that you cut it in half to have it picked up.
