These Terms govern your use of donovanblatt.com and our landing pages, forms, chat, and messaging (the "Site"), operated by The Donovan Group, Inc., Donovan Blatt Realty, Christine Donovan, Broker ("we", "us", "our"), CA DRE #01267479. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Site content, including guides, market reports, home value estimates, and the answers given by the AI chat on this Site, is for general information. It is not an appraisal, and it is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Actual results and values will vary. Market data may be incomplete or out of date. Consult your own attorney, tax advisor, and lender before making decisions.
The AI chat is an automated assistant. It is not Christine Donovan, it does not speak for her, and nothing it says creates any obligation on our part.
2. No Agency Relationship
Using the Site or submitting a form does not create a brokerage, agency, or attorney-client relationship. An agency relationship exists only under a written agreement signed by both parties.
